Hello, Vancouver! We hope that you’ve had a good week so far, and are ready for some more safe fun this weekend. We sure are, heck, we’ve even rounded up some of our top picks for you! So, let’s see what we can get up to.

Here are 10 things to do in Vancouver this weekend.

Check out some public art

The newest public art piece in Vancouver is a multimedia installation that’s part of the Vancouver Art Gallery. It’s hard to sum up, but think of it as a collaborative event to try and map, in a few different ways, the social changes and events that have shaped our city over the years.

When: Opens April 9th
Where: 1100 W Georgia Street

Try a new cafe and bar

And while you’re downtown, why not try out the city’s newest all-day spot? Maxine’s is the newest sibling restaurant to the Homer Street Cafe and Tableau Bar Bistro, so we’re expecting nothing short of excellence here. And, we know that we’re going to get it!

When: Open daily, 8AM-3PM
Where: 1325 Burrard Street

See some local sights

It’s really, truly hard to beat how beautiful Vancouver is in the spring. If you’re looking to take it all in, then we’ve got a list of places around the city that offer the most idyllic views. Yeah, we’re going there, Vancouver is just that pretty right now, and especially when the sun is out.
