11 Vancouver spots make ‘Canada’s Most Scenic Restaurants’ list
Well, looks like OpenTable isn’t going to run out of fun ways to rank restaurants anytime soon. This time, they have found Canada’s most scenic restaurants from coast to coast. It is truly a national ranking, with practically every (southern) province represented in the list. What the heck, OpenTable, no love for the north?
Here’s a quick rundown.
Vancouver ended up in 1st place, with 11 restaurants in the immediate metropolitan area. We actually agree with most of their picks, although there are a couple of dark horses we didn’t expect out there. Bistro Verde in the Nordstrom downtown? We get that it overlooks Robson Square, but still.
Same goes for Toronto, which came second with 10. As for Edmonton and Calgary, they each earned 3. Although, since the rankings are based on customer data between June 1, 2018, and May 31, 2019, we don’t expect them to be as comprehensive as possible.
If anything, we think that the list is a great reference point for the next time you found yourself on an impromptu road trip. Whether it’s Ontario’s lake country, the Rockies, or Vancouver Island, OpenTable has got you covered.
Anyway, here’s all the ones from Vancouver that made it:
Arms Reach Bistro– North Vancouver
Bistro Verde– Vancouver Downtown
Dockside Restaurant and Brewing Company– Granville Island
Five Sails– Coal Harbour
Miku– Coal Harbour
Provence Marinaside– Yaletown
The Observatory– Grouse Mountain
The Salmon House– West Van
The Teahouse– Stanley Park
The Victor at Parq Vancouver– Vancouver Downtown
Top of Vancouver– Gastown
