If our extremely healthy sisters are any gauge of North Van’s love of Buddha-Full, then it is one of the best vegan spots in Metro Vancouver. With two locations to choose from, they have started a wave of healthy options in the area.

If you have friends that are trying to eat vegan, gluten-free, raw or any of the above, then they need to know about this spot. They’ve got fresh juices to salads, and most importantly, their incredible ‘buddha bowls’. Buddha-Full has got a healthy option no matter what you’re feeling.

And starting this summer, they’ve taken things to new heights. No, literally, they have a double-decker bus that functions as a food truck and a rooftop patio. While they’re mostly going to be at the Shipyards, you can also catch them at FVDED in the Park. Cheers to healthy living at an EDM and rap festival, are we right?

Of course, that also just makes for a good excuse to go to Shipyards, which is one of the most vibrant outdoor markets in the city. Especially with the Buddha Bus out there.
