Happy Hour of the Week: True Italian Street Food
Welcome back to another edition of the Curiocity Vancouver Happy Hour of the Week! For this week’s edition, we’ve decided to head over to an old favourite of ours! Back when we were working in Gastown, Di Beppe was our go-to choice for lunch. And, anytime we finished work early, we would head there for a little drink and some snacks. We like to think of ourselves as regulars, and hope you will be too.
The space is perfect for meeting up with a few friends and spending an hour or two chatting. There are a couple of tables, highlighted by counter style service and a few bar seats looking onto Cordova.
Their happy hour focuses on drink specials that are perfect for summer. Grab a $5 glass of red, white, rosé or prosecco. Or, you could spend $8 on an Aperol Spritz or a Negroni. Want a beer instead? They’re only $4.
They also have a very cheap food menu that is great for sharing. We’re talking olives, burrata, pasta, and pizza.
After filling up on some savoury dishes, finish things off with a slice of housemade tiramisu that will transport you to another plane of existence.
Vancouver has got some great options for happy hour, and Di Beppe is part of the upper crust.
