It might just be us, but we think that Japanese baked goods are highly underrated. So, we’re excited to bring you the news that Kanadell Japanese Bakery is officially opening today! This staple farmers market option has finally moved into a brick and mortar space. Here’s the scoop!

Kanadell offers both sweet and savoury treats to try. So, we absolutely recommend trying their matcha twist on the cinnamon bun or the pancake and red bean dorayaki. But, we also won’t be passing up the curry pan and a croquette.

Of course, the animal buns are the cutest option on the menu. Fashioned after adorable little bears, we’re sure that these are going to become a staple pick if you want a more, uh, aesthetically pleasing option for the gram. On the bright side, these little guys are delicious as well.

Basically, you can’t go wrong with a trip here. Support local and check them out next time you’re in the area!
