Let’s face facts here. Sometimes, we get such a craving for delicious gyoza that we have to stop whatever we’re doing and make a beeline to Gyoza Bar. Sure, it’s cost us friendships, grades and jobs, but hey, when it calls it calls. The best we can hope for is that the people we’re with understand us.

The spot right outside of Gastown has been serving up delicious Japanese cuisine for a few years. We’re talking everything from ramen to karaage. Heck, they even do Japanese curry poutine.

So, if you’re craving a full meal you can go for it. Pair it with one of their signature cocktails or some sake and kick your feet up. Trust us, you’ll be feeling great in no time after a long workday.

But of course, you need to get some gyoza if you’re going to get anything. It is the name of their bar, after all, it has to be important. They’ve got four different kinds here, ranging from classic pork to vegetarian.

So the next time you find yourself craving some Japanese snacks, remember this institution and go check it out.
