Things in this town are ever-changing, any Vancouverite will tell you that. And the new renderings of the Senakw development show a super cool future for the city.
The development, spearheaded by the developers Westbank and the Squamish First Nation, is an incredibly lush new gateway into downtown. Located on the Burrard Bridge, there will be new lanes for bicycles, pedestrians, and transit.

Not only will it make it easier to get downtown, but the renderings also show some very cool integration of indigenous art. That’s something you don’t see on these big developments, so a big shout out to that.
The development will be happening on the Kits side of the bridge and will also feature some towers that will be mostly residential. And if they look anything like that rendering, they’re going to be absolutely beautiful.

Looking at the renderings is going to have to do for now though! The project isn’t set to be completed for a long while yet.
