Get ready to turn up this weekend at Toronto’s Yonge-Dundas Square courtesy of the Trinbago Festival. Back for its second annual event, Trinbago will bring the heat with delicious cuisine, music, and a beer garden, and here’s what to know.
On August 26th and 27th, Yonge-Dundas Square will transform into a hub of all things Trinidad and Tobago.
Expect your weekend full of delicious Caribbean cuisine, an exciting Carib Beer Garden, and soca music.

And don’t forget about the performances, names like Farmer Nappy, Agent Sasco, K I, David Rudder, Jaxx and more, will hit the stage throughout Saturday and Sunday.
As for the new beer garden, it’ll be open from 1 PM to 8 PM on both days, and it is free to enter for those 19+. Make sure to bring your ID as security will be checking to ensure you are of drinking age.
“For the final touch of magic, don’t forget to watch out for special illuminations by the CN Tower and Toronto sign in Trinidad and Tobago’s national colours on August 26, 2023 in honour of the Festival,” share organizers.
