If you’ve always wanted to try out yoga, this is your opportunity. Trillium Park is hosting free yoga classes taught by a certified instructor all summer long. That’s not all, the park will also have free live music during the warmer months, too! Here’s what you need to know.

According to Ontario Place, Trillium Park will have free yoga classes from now until to September 29th on select Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
The one hour classes offer “a mix of hatha and vinyasa yoga.”
Classes focus on “mindfulness, strengthening the core, and cultivating connection between the breath and body.”
If you’re nervous about attending, no need. The classes are for students of all levels and no registration or commitment is required.
If you do plan on attending just note that you will need to come prepared with your own mat, water and sun protection.
If yoga isn’t for you then sit back and enjoy some free live entertainment.
SummerSeries at Trillium will feature programming such as jazz music, live DJs and pop music!
