The older I get, the more I love a little trinket. I’m talkin’ key bowls, magnets, stickers, wall art, cards, stuffed animals, books, and decor pieces. Whatever I can get my hands on. Sometimes I make a whole day out of exploring trinket stores, and through my own research as well as the input of others, I’ve put together a list of the must-visits.
These are some of the very best trinket shops in Toronto.
This store in Liberty Village is what dreams are made of, and it’s where I go first when I need to buy a little gift for someone in my life.
The colourful decor will draw you in, and the fantastic trinkets will have you coming back again.

One of my best friends and I visit here whenever we can.
Located in Roncny, Baa Baazaar has the absolute cutest pieces. I recommend coming with a high budget because you’re going to want everything.

Strolling down Bloor West? Add this stop.
TOWN has the best candles and cards, trust me, and enjoy.
Where: 1187 Bloor St. W.
My favourite tote and bathrobe are from The Flamingo.
This store is on the east end, so if you’re from the area or haven’t been in a while, this is an excuse to go for a walk on Queen East.
Where: 991 Queen St. W.
Every time I come to this store, I am greeted by some of the nicest employees I have ever encountered.
Here, you’ll be treated to some truly unique items you won’t see anywhere else. Hence, the name.
