One of the boujiest areas in the city is getting a major makeover. Mink Mile, the coveted section of Bloor Street West lined with luxury brands and high-end stores, will have a whole new face once this project is done. The plan was just announced to the public and it’s going to make this gorgeous downtown location even better.

As it stands now, 110 Bloor St W is right smack in the centre of all the action. With one side open to the busy Bloor roadway and the other side open to the trendy Village of Yorkville Park, there’s no shortage of customers who cross through the doors into this expansive shopping centre. It’s home to Winners and HomeSense right now and is surrounded by icons like Gucci, Prada, Hermes, Burberry, Tiffany & Co., and more. We weren’t kidding when we called this spot boujie, you guys!

So what does this upgrade have in store? For starters, we’ll see a gorgeous new facade with dark metal finishes and gold patterned art. It will really ramp up the Bloor Street storefront to match its luxurious surroundings. There will also be more tenant opportunities inside, with four massive units looking to be filled. People are already excitedly guessing which high-end brands make this spot their home.

So although this does mean we’ve got a couple months of construction ahead, we cannot wait to see what this place looks like when it’s done. What new luxury brands do you hope to see open in Mink Mile? Let us know in the comments!
