Rental of the Week: Your penthouse can double as a private art gallery
Ah yes, the Wednesday mid-week slump. Been putting off work by aimlessly scrolling for your perfect apartment? Well scroll no longer, because we’ve got this gorgeous penthouse as our Rental of the Week. Introducing, Pier 27!
TORONTO RENTAL OF THE WEEK
If you’re the artistic type, this place is your absolute dream. Pier 27 has ample space to showcase all of your Jackson Pollack-inspired creations. Or curate your own bougie art gallery and bring all of your cool friends. Are we invited too?
This glamorous condo boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms perched right on the edge of Toronto’s Waterfront at Queens Quay East. When you walk in, remember to keep breathing as you stare at those interior surroundings and the beautiful view.
Pier 27’s architecture is modern and functional with an open concept and contemporary kitchen. The floors are a nice mixture of beige hardwood and slate all throughout the penthouse with ten-foot high ceilings. The massive bright bedrooms are ideal for your weekly Vinyasa flow.
The kitchen is covered with all-white cabinetry and a glossy finish overtop. Appliances include a Sub-Zero fridge, gas stove, wall oven and dishwasher. It’s got two of our favourite things a kitchen could have. First, a tile splash tucked behind the stovetop. And that gigantic island! What better place to have those late night family gatherings than a kitchen island?
And for you burgeoning artists, the pièce de résistance – those floor to ceiling windows! The sweeping, unobstructed view of Lake Ontario and the Toronto islands will provide that much-needed creative inspo.
You can even step right outside and take in that view with your own private balcony. Wow, those boats look so tiny from up here. It’s as close as it gets to your imaginary Miami penthouse. All that’s missing is the warm weather. Sigh.
The amenities included in this unit are endless. By making Pier 27 your home, you’ll have access to central air, a concierge, fireplace, an outdoor pool and two parking spaces! What makes a happy guest? Duh, free parking.
Almost everything you need is just right outside your doorstep: shopping, groceries, cafes, parks. Another advantage of living on Queen’s Quay is its bike-friendly lanes. Time to pump air in those tires!
Imagine waking up to this view every morning? If only. It’s simply waiting for your most famous canvas yet.
Pier 27 is available for $12,000 per month. You’ll need to sell a lot of artwork to afford this masterpiece! Meanwhile we’re just excited for half-price beer nights. Gotta celebrate the small things. Check out this breathtaking rental here.
