Don’t count the days until September. Just focus on all the things you have to do in Toronto before the end of summer, and maybe it’ll seem like it’ll last forever. We’re optimists, what can we say? Here are 14 things you have to do in Toronto before fall! Maybe we need to relocate to Arizona so it’s always this nice out. Hmm…

FLOAT THE RIVERS

Laze away your day on a lazy river, and forget you ever had any sort of responsibilities. Ahhh, nice. Grab your tube and your pals and make use of one of the many rivers nearby with a little afternoon float sesh. There’s nothing more relaxing, we’re convinced.

HIT THE BEACH

What’s more summery than the beach? Nothing, dude. Toronto’s lucky to have sand and water aplenty, so go splish splash while the summer lasts! Or just sit in the warm sand if you’re a cold water weenie. We speak from cold water weenie experience.

Late summer is sunflower season, so go get those ‘grams in some stunning fields. We’re ready to toss you likes, as always. Ontario has tons of gorgeous sunflower farms, so you’ve got plenty of options!

GET OUT AND GO CAMPING

Sleeping in a tent when it’s 2 degrees out is a hard no. Sleeping in a tent now? Still perfect. Grab your hot dogs and that stove thing you don’t really know how to work and get out there! Sleeping under the stars is so lovely until the serial killers come. Kidding, you’ll be fine.

Despite Ontario’s relative lack of mountains compared to other parts of Canada (not you, Saskatchewan. We still got ya beat), there are some wicked hiking trails out there. Lace up and get high! We mean in nature. High on nature. Literally high. The view is nice up here.

The biggest two weeks of the summer is almost here, which means this unmissable event is coming in at exactly the right time! Soak in those last few days of summer with midway rides, entertainment, and so much carnival food. Mmmm, corndogs.
