There are only a few green things we actually like, and The Green Wood is definitely one of them. This healthy, sustainable spot is debuting a second Toronto location, and you should be planning to stop by ASAP!

In case you didn’t know, The Green Wood is all about taking local Ontario ingredients and making them into delicious meals. It’s a laid-back Leslieville fave with a rep for wholesome, tasty food.

Now, they’re expanding into the other end of town! King West is getting breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails 7 days a week, baby. Dine-in or takeaway, you can get some healthy stuff in you that actually tastes amazing.

Head Chef Ariel Coplan is working his magic on a menu of rustic Mediterranean bowls, sandwiches, and comfort food entrees. He grew up in the farming town of Binbrook, so he’s making sure there’s home-cooked, locally sourced goodness in every item.
