Toronto new bars best trendy

Little Italy just got a whole lot cooler with the addition of the trendy (and slightly mysterious) Come See Me. The aesthetic is Instagram-friendly, the crowd is the type of effortlessly chill we all aspire to be, and the mood is always right. Keep reading for all the deets on one of the coolest places Toronto has seen in a while.

There are live DJ’s every single night ready to send out the vibes and neon signs glowing purple and green ’round the room to set the tone, this is the type of atmosphere you can fall in love with any night of the week (except Monday nights, of course).

The food takes iconic bar staples and flips them with a millennial twist. ‘The Plug Poutine’ throws regular and sweet potato fries together with a red wine gravy and the options of jerk, fried chicken, or brisket. Trap Tacos’ up the flavour game with some pineapple horseradish aioli and house-made mango slaw that gives a refreshing kick to these bad boys.

Even the vegans can dine fine with the ‘Buddha Burger’, stacked with a delicious Beyond Meat patty and all the delicious toppings a good burger needs. Unless you’re looking for something a little heavier on the meat side…in which case we’ve got to recommend the ridiculously delicious G.O.A.T., pictured below.

Not hungry? Okay! We know you’re lying but we’re not gonna call you on it…instead, we’ll just tell you about some of the cocktails you can find here. No one at Come See Me is trying to reinvent the cocktail wheel, but they certainly know how to throw a few fresh concoctions together. You could grab a Gin Gimme which throws Bombay together with lemon juice, simple syrup, cucumber, and soda in a delightfully refreshing splash. If you’re feeling like a bit more bite then snag a Walk on the Wild Side, with Johnny Walker Black layering out a mix of Campari, sweet vermouth, simple syrup, and dash bitters.
