Alanis Morissette’s only world tour show in Canada will be in Toronto

Via Vanity Fair

We’re not really swinging for our youngest demographic here, but if you’re an Alanis Morissette fan, we’ve got news for you! She’s hitting stages across the world for the 25th anniversary of Grammy-winning “Jagged Little Pill,” and her only Canadian stop will be close to home!

The Ottawa-born singer might have been expected to host more Canadian shows, being Ottawa-born and all. One may have expected she play a show in, who knows, maybe Ottawa? However, she’s hitting Toronto and Toronto only during the tour.

The show will come shortly after the May 2020 release of her new album “Such Pretty Forks in the Road.” The first single is called “Reasons I Drink,” which is a vibe we can really get behind!

The presale will be going down starting December 10th, with general sales kicking off on December 13th. Expect to see Garbage (what a lovely band name) and Liz Phair as openers.

When: Saturday, July 11
Where: Budweiser Stage, 909 Lakeshore Blvd W
Time: 7 PM
Tickets: Hit the presale here
