We’re constantly on the hunt to partake in some holiday cheer, maybe even some extra cheer this year. Whether you’re looking for something to do while staying tucked away inside or itching to find an activity that’ll get you out of the house, there are options to fit every mood. Even better? Transport yourself to a whole new world with Union’s ode to the great Canadian outdoors. The sites and sounds they’ve got going on with this incredible light display is sure to amaze. This outdoor light installation is a definite must-see, so bring your coat and we’ll see you there!

We can’t host traditional game nights but we CAN host a virtual one. Check out sites like Lets Roam
and challenge your friends across the globe! This sounds like a great way to connect and have some fun with family and friends that you haven’t seen in forever, how cool!
Beginning Friday, December 18th, reserve your spot online for a skate along Toronto’s newest skate trail. Get your skate on under the Gardiner and have some unique winter fun. You’ll have to register to book your time slot but this is a great way to have some outdoor fun.

Cost: Free, but donations are being accepted to the creation of Winter Care Kits for our community members experiencing poverty and homelessness.
This is a tradition you cannot pass up. Pick-up a gingerbread house kit from your favourite local shop or grocery store and get to work! We think this is a great way to spend an evening even if you don’t have kids. You can even turn this into this fun activity into a friendly competition!
Check out one of Toronto’s many picturesque trails. Some of our favourite nature trails are Don Valley Brick Works Park and the Beltline. Or for an artsy urban walk check-out the West Toronto Railpath. Either way get out for a walk with a partake in hand!
Riverdale Park is the perfect place to get in some slip-sliding fun. Bring your sled, racer or toboggan and get your adrenaline pumping at this classic sledding spot.
One of the coolest spots to visit this winter is Toronto Island Park. This is the perfect lowkey spot because most locals only think to visit in the summer months. Get up to some cross country skiing or snowshoeing, it’s the perfect place to be socially-distanced!
