Try Toronto’s Best Restaurants at Winterlicious 2019
Pasta. Wine. Sushi. Filet Mignon. Do we have your attention yet? Wipe the drool from your chin and put on your stretchiest pants, because Winterlicious is coming!
Starting on January 25th, Toronto’s winterly celebration of all things food is just around the corner. The event features prix fixe promotions at nearly 200 of Toronto’s finest restos.
Three courses means three times the happy, which is what you get with every reservation. Lunch menus are priced at $23, $28, and $33. Dinner menus are priced at $33, $43, and $53. A perfectly full stomach? Priceless.
As if a dreamy meal isn’t enough, there’s more to this food fest.
On top of the restaurant sampling, Winterlicious includes seven culinary events hosted by the creme de la creme of Toronto’s food scene. There’s no better way to pick up awesome dinner party tricks than from top chefs themselves.
There’s an event for every taste, however, you don’t have to say “interactive bread baking workshop” to us twice. However, if focaccia and crostini aren’t enough of a draw for you, there’s a wine pairing lesson included.
Maybe afternoon tea at Casa Loma is more your speed? Or perhaps you’ll find yourself at an Evening of Pasta at Parcheggio making your own pasta dough (and then promptly eating it all).
Special diets have no fear! If you’re vegan, vegetarian, or prefer to eat locally sourced, sort and search options on the Winterlicious website let you filter to find your desired grub.
Additionally, you can narrow down by neighbourhood, price, and cuisine type. Innovative Japanese? Classic French? Quintessential Canadian? Whatever your palate, it’s going to be pleased.
