Toronto is getting its very first sauna festival with cold plunges, massages, and DJs

Toronto is getting its very first sauna festival, and it’s unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Think spa meets music fest: this new experience is coming to the city this October, and here’s everything you need to know.

Tickets are on sale for the upcoming Toronto Sauna Festival, set to take place on Oct. 18, 2025. It’s all going down at Toronto’s Evergreen Brick Works.

What to expect

Picture this: group sauna sessions, cold plunges, breathwork, yoga, red light therapy, and so much more. It’s a wellness lover’s dream.

You’ll get the chance to move between eight distinct sauna journeys: scented, movement, sound, silence, breath work, tea ceremony, venom and free flow.

Each experience repeats throughout the day, so you’ll have plenty of chances to enjoy each one. They were all designed to challenge your body, recharge your mind, and connect you with the community.

Along with that, there’s a recovery zone with food vendors, massages, stretching, myofascial release and IV boosters.

And don’t forget, there will be DJs and live music on the scene.

Get your tickets online before the end of the month, as they’re expected to go up closer to the big day.

Looks like your October schedule is starting to get busy!
