A massive healthcare job fair is coming to Toronto this spring

New year, new job? If your 2026 goal is to find a position in the healthcare field, I have some good news for you. A massive healthcare job fair is coming to Toronto this spring, and it’s free to attend.

“Pulling together registered healthcare professionals across the fields of medicine, nursing, midwifery, and allied health, the largest job fair of its kind in the world offers an unmissable opportunity to tap into an extensive talent pool of certified and registered healthcare workers,” shares the event.

The job fair will take place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is a fantastic way to meet face-to-face with some of the world’s leading healthcare employers.

Speaking of, these are just a handful of organizations you can expect to see:

  • Collingwood G&M Hospital
  • North Bay Regional Health Centre
  • Indigenous Services Canada
  • North York General
  • Waypoint
  • Timmins and District Hospital
  • Leeds Grenville
  • Island Health
  • Government of Yukon

More organizations will join the roster as it gets closer to the event date.

While the healthcare job fair is completely free, registering ahead of time will guarantee you your spot, and you can even upload your resume so employers already have it on hand when you arrive.

Toronto isn’t the only stop in Canada, with another job fair happening in Calgary on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026.

Time to smash those 2026 goals! Good luck, and don’t forget to register.
