Ready to take your taste buds on a trip around the world? Canada’s first-ever ethnic food and wine outdoor festival called Spring Into Spice is coming to Toronto this May and you may not need a passport for this culinary journey, but you’ll definitely need your appetite.
The one-day event will feature 30 ethnic vendors, wineries, and wine importers, so prepare for some seriously heavenly pairings.
Cruise through the festival grounds to the sound of live music while you sample Caribbean, African, Indian, Thai, and Latin American cuisine.

Plus, if you’re interested in delving deeper into the fascinating world of food and wine pairings, you can join one of the seminars scheduled at the festival throughout the day.
And if one day of festivities isn’t enough for you, Spring into Spice is hosting a Caribbean food and wine pairing event on May 9th and a Thai-themed event on June 6th.
Toronto’s about to become the hub of food festivals this spring and summer. A brand new Asian night market called Superfresh is taking over the Annex this April with 4,000 square feet of delicious eats, live entertainment, and special surprises.
Plus, Taste of the Danforth and Taste of Little Italy are both set to return this summer.
Don’t know about you, but we’ll be eating our way around the city for the next few months.
