If you’re hoping to get into the real estate market on a budget, this may be the perfect time to strike. These downtown Toronto condos for sale cost less than $500,000 which would have been impossible to find as recently as six months ago, reports real estate website Strata.ca.
“On average, buyers are now paying nearly 2% under the asking price. A very different picture from just six months ago when buyers were paying 10% over asking,” says Strata.
The market has definitely shifted in recent months and here are a few downtown Toronto condos with prices you wouldn’t expect to find in the city.
