Meant to be a resource for jobseekers and innovators, this particular collection is compiled mainly of software development, IT companies, financial aids and consumer services – further proving that the future is online.
So how exactly did they determine who made the list?
Well according to their report, they looked at their data across several pillars. These included employment growth, engagement, job interest and attraction of top talent.
In order to be eligible companies have to be fully independent, privately held, have 50 or more full-time employees and be at least 7 years or younger.
With this in mind, the following were named the best in the country:
