Tinder has released the most popular bios and pickup lines used on the app this year

Did you know that African bullfrogs create homes out of their mucus and spit to survive the winter? Just like Gen Z-ers and pandemic dating, they’ve learned to adapt. This year, despite everything going on, those looking for love didn’t miss a beat!

Lucky for us curious cats, Tinder watched everything that happened on its app like it was a BBC special on the animal kingdom. The only difference? Well, in 2020 they probably would have seen more spit in a critter docuseries… because everyone but the bullfrogs was advised to keep it to themselves.

In a blog posted to their official site on Thursday, the revolutionary dating app published a list of popular bio mentions, pickup lines, songs, and emojis. From shock and disconnect to empowerment and pride, prepare to feel more than Kyle did when he matched with Becky.
