This Woodinville home for sale comes with a real Wild West town from the 1800s

We’ve featured some pretty extraordinary homes recently but they all definitely lean towards aesthetically pleasing. That’s not to say that this week’s home isn’t but it truly happens to be one of the most unique homes we’ve ever seen. And that’s because as the title suggests, it comes with an entire authentic Wild West town. You might need to read that again.

This sprawling Woodinville property is 5 acres which includes the main log home built in 1933 that has been updated throughout the years. The main home is 3,697 sqft and includes 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms making it a nicely sized spot for family or friends. But what really sets the property apart is the fact that it has Little Bear Creek running through it and an entire 1800’s town.

So your big question is probably how and why is there an 1800s town on the property? Well, the buildings were once the town of Silvana, Washington which is located north of Seattle between Stanwood and Arlington. And if you’re wondering, Silvana is indeed still a real and census recognized place with about 90 residents. As for how it was the passion project of original owner Walter H. Jones.

Not only will you be the proud owner of the Silvana jail, grocery, saloon, and barbershop but you’ll also get to enjoy flowering gardens and wooded trails all on the property. What you choose to do with the town is up to you. You could go Marie Antoinette style and pretend to be the sheriff of the town or use it as studio space or maybe even guest quarters. With all that in mind, we hope that the new owners cherish just how special these unique buildings are.

This property has a pretty reasonable price tag at $1.8 million for a large home, a chunk of Washington history, and a beautiful property. You really can’t say no to that and if you’d like to see more you can click here. Happy house hunting folks!
