They’ve got Bumble & Bumble hair products, styling tools from Hedkandi and skincare from Illuminate Skin Therapies. That way, you can look super fly post-workout. Brb, we’re moving in.
While visiting, you’re probably there to work out rather than just wash your hair with all their fancy stuff. Method’s got the best in the biz when it comes to their trainers. With 20+ years combined experience condensed into a 50-minute class, you’ll definitely get your heart pumping.
Speaking of, Method offers heart rate monitors to track your efforts throughout the class. It’s is also a way to show that no, you’re not actually dying.
Getting bored with your workout won’t be a problem here, because each day of the week is dedicated to working a different part of the body. With a combo of d̶r̶e̶a̶d̶treadmill, weights and conditioning exercises, you’re sure to feel the burn.
