How does the saying go? “I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream.” Well, plenty of folks have swapped out screaming for subscribing when it comes to one Ontario ice cream TikTok account. Morgann Book is the face behind the popular account @AncasterDQ. She’s a 17-year-old high school student from Hamilton who is making waves on the Internet.
It all started last January when the Grade 12 student decided to begin filming short videos of her ice cream making process at work. Of course, you may recognize the recipes. Her workplace is Dairy Queen, after all. When she’s not at school, she’s a shift supervisor at her parent’s franchise location, which has proven to become much more than a simple after-school job.

Since she began the TikTok account last year, she’s racked up a whopping 1.6 million followers and nearly 50 million likes. Folks from all over can’t seem to get enough of the behind-the-scenes look at the popular ice cream chain. In fact, the videos have blown up so much that they’ve turned her Dairy Queen location into an internet sensation.
They’re located in Ancaster, but apparently, they get orders from places as far away as Toronto, Burlington, and Brantford. Not too shabby, huh?
