We’re always excited about a new restaurant opening but when it’s plant-based and incredibly delicious, well, that’s even better!
KB & co is an Edmonton-based company that has two locations in Edmonton, one in Kelowna and now Calgary! And we couldn’t be happier to welcome the plant-based eatery to our city… We plan to try literally everything on their menu because we can do it guilt-free.
KB & co is located just off 17th Ave right next to Urban Fare. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location to pick up breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Speaking of breakfast, they serve it up all day long, and let’s be honest, who doesn’t love breakfast at all hours of the day? For breakfast, we’re talking sweet options like oat & hempseed berry waffles and mason jar oats. For those more savoury breakfast people, they have four different avocado toasts to satisfy your taste buds. And let’s not forget about a twist on a traditional fave, PB and J toast, which is totally elevated, made with sourdough flax bread, peanut butter, blueberry chia jam, banana, and raw cocoa nibs. Delish!
KB & co’s full menu is completely plant-based, free of meat, dairy, egg, and soy products, and they commit to using organic and local ingredients whenever possible. And they make every menu item in-house from scratch using whole nonprocessed ingredients. KB & co’s main objective is to make quality food without compromising on taste and they quite literally knocked that right out of the park!
From salads, soups, and sandwiches, to wraps, snacks, and smoothies, we’re certain you’ll quickly become a regular here!
