While most were out in the snow, we spent almost every chilly COVID day indoors perfecting our fireside rendition of ‘Wonderwall.’ To say that we’re ready for camping season would be an understatement and we know that we aren’t alone in feeling this way. Luckily, the wait is almost over! According to the Alberta Parks website, their booking service will finally open on March 4th, two short weeks from now.

Tents at the ready, folks! This year, in order to experience the magic of peeing in a bush, we’d recommend hopping on the web the moment that they begin taking reservations. As we’re sure most of you remember, last year practically filled up overnight and you definitely won’t want to miss out.

It is worth noting, however, that before you go scheduling your August-long romp, campsites may only be booked up to 90 days in advance. We know it’s hard not to get carried away but prime time booking will be here soon enough.
