This is what a $30 million GTA estate looks like

We love dreaming about real estate. So when we heard a $30 million GTA estate was on the market, we had to check it out. This incredible sprawling chateau is the height of prestige and luxury. It’s got more amenities than we can count on two hands. Plus, it sits on a beautiful chunk of flourishing nature. It’s all we could dream of and more.

Let’s take a look, shall we?

Before we even get into the house, let’s start by discussing the incredible location. The 10-acre estate sits on a quiet road in Mississauga. Oh, it also backs onto a golf club. Which, if you become a member of (and why wouldn’t you?), you’ll be able to take your golf cart down a private path from your property to put a few holes every morning. Talk about luxury!

Of course, you’ll also love the stunning scenery surrounding the house. The Credit River runs right through the property. So you can swim, kayak, fish, or canoe whenever you’d like. Once the snow starts falling in the winter, the area is perfect for outdoor sports like cross country skiing and snowshoeing. It’s a nature-lovers dream!

The 7+1 bedroom, 8+4 bathroom house is a whopping 18,000 square feet in size. However, it still manages to have a cozy and warm feel somehow. The granite countertops in the kitchen and the lux chandeliers throughout give it a luxurious and regal vibe. But the floor-to-ceiling windows found in many of the rooms keep things light and airy. Pretty much wherever you are in the house, you’ll have stunning views overlooking the surrounding property.

Let’s talk amenities. This unbelievable home comes with multiple garages totalling in 20 parking spaces, multiple fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), a breakfast bar, a billiards room, a pool, an at-home gym, a library, a rooftop patio, multiple other patios and terraces, a steam room, and a wine cellar. Seriously, this place is unreal.

Now let’s just take a second to appreciate this incredible master bedroom. Not only does it have crisp hardwood floors and gorgeous crown moulding, but it also comes complete with a fireplace, his and her walk-in closets, an ensuite bathroom and powder room, and a walkout terrace with views of the pool, golf course, and river. Whew, you won’t find a bedroom like that in any downtown Toronto apartment!

With a property this gorgeous, you’ll definitely wanna show it off. Good thing the place is perfect for entertaining! The walk-up basement comes with a wet bar and loads of room for hosting guests. We’d recommend equipping it like the previous owners did, with a pool table, air hockey, and more. Ugh, and we cannot get enough of those gorgeous expose brick walls. This basement is definitely nicer than some of the bars we’ve spent our weekends at!

The incredible GTA estate could be all yours to the tune of $29,800,000. Sure, you’ll have to sell an arm and a leg and maybe a kidney to afford it. But it’s so amazing we’re thinking it might just be worth it! Take it all in here.
