This dreamy loft in Liberty Village just sold for over $2 million (PHOTOS)

Who doesn’t love a good old cruise into dreamville? One of our favourite pastimes during the quarantine has been exploring Toronto’s insane real estate market for homes we can’t afford. This week, we’ve got a doozy. The Liberty Village Loft ticks off every box when it comes to a prime listing. A great location? Check. Tons of personality? Check. Spacious and clean? Check and check. What more could you ask for?!

HOME OF THE WEEK – TOY FACTORY LOFTS

Alright, let’s start with this amazing location. Are you a true Torontonian if you haven’t dreamed about being a young professional in Liberty Village? Maybe that’s just us… Either way, this spot is supreme. The unit is in the coveted Toy Factory Lofts building, which is famously one of the most popular in Toronto. It’s a hop, skip, and a jump away from city favourites like Trinity Bellwoods Park, the waterfront, and loads of shopping and restaurants. You’re basically set if you live here.

But the incredible vibe inside is what really sells us. This gorgeous corner unit is the perfect blend of artsy and eclectic with a clean and tidy feel. We’re absolutely obsessed with the lofty aesthetic that’s pretty much a given at any Toy Factory Loft. The brick walls and ceiling pipes are giving us major New Girl vibes. Plus, the gorgeous art and pops of colour that the furniture is sporting now only add to the appeal.

Of course, we’ve got to talk specs. This unit comes complete with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms within its 2120 square feet of space. As we mentioned, it’s a corner unit. Which is, of course, pretty darn great. The reason it looks so big? That might have to do with the 13.5-foot ceilings that it boasts.

Ugh, just think about how you could decorate this beautiful place. We’re in love with what the previous owners did, but we’d definitely add a little more greenery. Maybe even more colourful furniture? The possibilities really are endless! Those insanely massive windows give you a peek out into the city from your cozy loft perch.

Other incredible amenities the property boasts include visitor parking, a party/meeting room, rooftop deck and garden, business centre, barbecue, concierge, gym, and sauna. No complaints here!

As you can see, every inch of the place is bursting with personality. The throwback vibes this bedroom locker detail is serving up gives us major nostalgia. Plus, access to the property’s balcony right from your bedroom? Who wouldn’t be obsessed with that?

All-in-all, we’ve got to say this unit in the Toy Factory Lofts is one for the ages. If you’d like to stake your claim… We’ve got sad news for ya. The place sold a few days ago for $2,135,000; up $35,000 from the original listing price!

But hey – it’s not the only unit at this gorgeous location! We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that another beautiful spot opens up before ya know it. In the meantime, you can take in all the insane beauty of this loft here.
