This Canadian castle/cottage hybrid for sale has a bowling alley, arcade, & more

It’s our favourite time of the week! The time where we peruse the real estate market for the most outrageous properties around town. This week, we’re exploring the ‘Dragonfly Hill’ Estate. It’s an Ontario property with more amazing perks than you can imagine. So let’s not waste any more time and jump right into it.

HOME OF THE WEEK: GRAND ‘DRAGONFLY HILL’ ESTATE

The Dragonfly Hill Estate is located just north of Toronto in King, Ontario. It’s only about a 45-minute drive from the city, so if you’re looking for country living with nearby access, this is the place for you. In fact, you can even see views of the Toronto skyline in the distance from this incredible property!

The vibe inside the home is rustic, cottage, chic. The log interiors give it a warm and cozy feel, while the open concept floor plan, 40′ vaulted ceiling, and massive windows keep things bright and open. The place is decked out with wooden-everything, which seriously gives the feeling of being at a luxurious cabin resort.

Of course, we’ve got to talk specs. This spot boasts 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The home itself is a whopping 14,000 square feet sitting on 215 acres of property. It comes with 10 garage parking spaces, so if you want to pick up a car-collecting hobby, you’ve got plenty of room.

Along with the cottage-core rustic vibe the main living area is serving, Dragonfly Hill has also got a castle-like feel to it. The tower attached to the side of the house is giving us major royal vibes. Just look at the stone accents highlighted inside the round living space and bedroom!

The place also comes with some pretty unbelievable perks. We’re talking about an at-home gym, elevator, gourmet kitchen, hardwood flooring, intercom, jacuzzi, spa bath, walk-in closets, built-in fireplace, and more.

Plus, there are loads of entertainment-focused amenities like their home arcade, bowling alley, home theatre, and bar. Seriously, this place is a dream.

Yeah, that’s a whole lot of room for exploring. Take a dive in the pool or a walk through the surrounding forestry. The possibilities are endless.

Want to get your hands on the amazing ‘Dragonfly Hill’ Estate? You’ll just have to cough up $19,500,000. Oof, we’ll keep on dreaming for now. Take it all in here.
