This Calgary Uber driver’s positive & wholesome TikToks have gone viral

A little positivity can go a long way, especially in 2020. Sometimes it can even go viral! Binyam Asress, a Calgary Uber driver has just blown up on social media, simply by being an absolute sweetheart.

Asress’s Tik Tok began as a way to put himself out there and since doing so, his life has changed drastically.

By answering questions about Uber and life in general, the wholesome driver has brought in an audience of 55.5k followers, accumulating over 1.2 million likes overall on the platform alone. That’s a whole lot of people, folks.

Also, thanks to his recent notoriety (as well as his incredible way of interacting with his customers), he has even been voted Calgary’s Favourite Uber Driver, which comes with a ton of perks.

Because of his new “fave” status, Calgarians can actually request him specifically when they’re taking a ride, as long as they book a half-hour in advance.

Needless to say, he’s also become a pretty busy guy. In fact, he’s reportedly taken over 5,000 trips and he’s only been driving for a year. Wowza.

If you’d like to check out more of his heartwarming Tik Toks, you can view his page out here, or follow him on Instagram, where he posts even more wonderfully optimistic content.
