Mother’s Day is also on Sunday, so if you’re looking for something fun to do with mom or the mother figure in your life, we’ve got you covered.

Mel Robbins: Let Them The Tour

Author and podcast host Mel Robbins has become an online sensation over the last couple of years, and if you want to hear her words of wisdom live, you can do so on Friday night.

Wine Fest

Wine time!

Wiine Fest happens twice a year, including on Friday and Saturday this weekend. Ticket packages start at $62, but you need to act fast, as they are almost sold out.

Toronto Tulip Day

In honour of Toronto Tulip Day, 40,000 free tulips will be given away at Nathan Phillips Square!

Toronto Flower Market

The first Toronto Flower Market of the season is finally here.

Toronto FC vs. D.C United

Toronto Botanical Garden Spring Plant Sale

Toronto Botanical Gardens will have its annual plant sale this weekend, just in time to grab a gift for Mother’s Day (or for yourself).

Admission is free.

When: Saturday, May 10, and Sunday, May 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Mother’s Day tasting menu at Akira Back

This tasting menu is a great price, aka an amazing option for Mother’s Day dining.

Priced at a refined $48, the menu is available on May 10 and 11 and features three cold share plates and two glasses of sparkling sake. A yummy sake, peach liqueur, elderflower, and rosé prosecco is also on the menu, along with a spring dessert with seasonal rhubarb and strawberry.

If you’re looking for other Mother’s Day options, Byblos Uptown and Downtown, as well as Beso by Patria, are opening exclusively for brunch on Mother’s Day.

Beso by Patria will have a Spanish-inspired brunch, while Byblos’ uptown and downtown locations will have a $65 three-course Eastern-Mediterranean brunch.
