From the Vancouver Fall Home Show to a haunted brewery, to a Latin American cultural festival, here are 11 of the best things to do in Vancouver this weekend (Oct. 24-26).
This year’s Vancouver Fall Home Show is bringing hundreds of industry pros together, as well as celebrities Bryan and Sarah Baeumler, to showcase some of the season’s highlights in home design, cooking, renovations, and more.

The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra presents Hocus Pocus in Concert Live, adapting the beloved 1993 film following the misadventures of the comical Sanderson sisters. You’ve got two chances to check out this weekend: one show on Friday, and round two on Saturday.

The Latin American Heritage Month Festival 2025, produced by Latincouver and presented by Don Chendo, celebrates the diversity, art, and traditions of Latin America across Vancouver and Burnaby. Running from Oct. 14 to Nov. 2, this year’s festival features over 30 cultural events, including music, dance, art exhibitions, workshops, and the Day of the Dead celebrations at Granville Island and Burnaby.

Juno Award-winning, all-female band The Beaches are bringing their No Hard Feelings Tour to Vancouver this weekend, and fans won’t want to miss it.

Starting on Oct. 23, 2025, Strange Fellows can enjoy a haunted brewery like no other. Now in its third year, “Dead Fellows” brings all there is to love about spooky season to the forefront: haunting decorations and special effects, no-contact actors lurking in every corner, and a handful of surprises to keep you on your toes.
This year, guests can expect an all-new walkthrough haunted house experience that’s teeming with creepy decor and jump scares.

Originally written in 1958, this one-act play launched the career of Pulitzer Prize-winner Edward Albee, and over 60 years later, his work showcasing inequality and fractured human interaction is back onstage. Set in New York’s Central Park, The Zoo Story follows an encounter between Peter, a comfortable executive, and Jerry, a dishevelled outsider desperate to make a human connection.
