Juno Award-nominated pop-rock band Marianas Trench is in town this week, and they’re from Vancouver! So get ready to celebrate local talent at the Orpheum on Thursday, Dec. 12.

Vancouver’s premier handmade market is back with its 16th-anniversary celebration and market from Dec. 12 to 15 at the PNE Forum, and there will be a whopping 250 local vendors to check out, including food trucks and licensed beverage vendors.

Experience the holiday season with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra at locations across the Lower Mainland this December. Don’t know which holiday concert to choose? You’ve got options – there’s Traditional Christmas, Elf in Concert, A Canadian Brass Christmas, Home Alone in Concert, and Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, and that’s just for starters!

The Improv Centre on Granville Island is putting on a holiday show that guarantees that everyone will get “what they ask for,” and you can check it out until Dec. 29.

From 4 to 10 p.m. on 12 nights in December, the PNE is transforming for its annual Winter Fair, and the cheapest remaining days to check it out are Dec. 12, 16, and 17, when admission is priced between $14 and $20 if you purchase your tickets ahead of time!
So take advantage of those times and enjoy this year’s dazzling light displays, indoor skating, and Christmas-themed concerts.
