Who’s ready for a fun-filled weekend of holiday markets, outdoor skating, concerts, and thrifting for a great cause?! We know we are, so we’ll get right to it. Here are 11 of the best things to do in and around Vancouver this weekend (December 13-15).
On Saturday, Dec. 14, local thrift and consignment store Fits the Bill will be hosting a charity thrift sale, with proceeds going towards the local non-profit Fresh Roots.
The sale will feature amazing quality women’s and men’s apparel for a great price, and shoppers will help further an even better cause.
The sale will be held at the City Centre Motel on Main St, with lots of great quality men’s & women’s clothing available at (true!) thrift prices.

This weekend, the Dominion Building is hosting a fun sip and shop event, where visitors can browse small businesses and brands such as Shop Collective Will, Siista Boutique, Muzi Vintage, LeCellier, and more.

This year’s Vancouver Christmas Market is in full swing, and it’s the only open-air, authentic German Christmas Market in the city. Enjoy festive lights, sweet treats, free carousel rides, shopping, drinks, and photos under a massive outdoor Christmas tree.

Taking place at the Russian Hall this weekend, the Weirdos Holiday Market is your stop if you’re looking for quirky gifts like stained-glass drinking horns, Greek Mythology-inspired bath treats, naughty cakes, and more curated oddities. With over 60 artists and makers to peruse, you’ll have plenty to choose from here.

The fifth annual New West Farmers Market Holiday Market is this weekend, and you won’t want to miss it. Holiday shoppers will have the chance to shop from over 80 local artisans and food vendors, enjoy live music, and soak up the best of the season.

Vancouver’s premier handmade market is back with its 16th-anniversary celebration and market from Dec. 12 to 15 at the PNE Forum, and there will be a whopping 250 local vendors to check out, including food trucks and licensed beverage vendors.
