The long weekend has come and gone but we’re back again! Tis the season for all things cozy and spooky and around Toronto there are plenty of festivities to immerse yourself in. From Halloween haunts to concerts – here are 15 of the best things to do in Toronto this weekend.
The next few weeks are your last chance to experience Canada’s Wonderland for the year and it’s extra fun (or should I say spooky).
Halloween Haunt goes until November 2nd and will feature mazes, scare zones, shows and of course, rides!

There will be a vibrant pop-up in the East Court across from Lululemon where guests are welcomed to step into island-inspired rooms and learn more about the holiday collection, sample cult-favorite products, and take home some swag.

The Toronto Zoo is celebrating spooky season and offering a sweet discount.
On Saturday and Sunday, children in costume (ages 12 and under) receive 50% off admission when accompanied by an adult paying regular admission.
There will be superheroes, a pumpkin patch and more.

The 1980 cult classic “The Shining” will take to the screen at Fox Theatre!
There will be two screenings, one on Saturday at 9:45 PM and the other at 9:00 PM on Sunday.

Mel Lastman Square will host a two-day celebration where all are welcome to experience the magic of Diwali, the festival of lights, that marks rejoicing in the victory of good over evil.
Light displays, delicious Indian and world of cuisines, and live music and dance performances by the diverse communities can be expected.

Haunted houses, carnival games, yummy treats, rides and more await at BooFest!
This family-friendly festival has plenty of festivities for everyone including pumpkin painting and hay jumping.

This free-to-attend event brings together artists, businesses and people who are passionate about paper-related goods.
There are over 50 vendors to explore!

The CAFTCAD Movie Wardrobe Sale is an opportunity for people to get one-of-a-kind pieces that have been used in productions filmed in the city!
Tickets can be purchased at the door for $10.

Playing songs from every Taylor Swift album throughout each era, this show is for the Toronto Swifties!
Not only will there be music but there is also a vendor village that will sell clothing, jewelry and art.

The Toronto Maple Leafs are at home this weekend welcoming the New York Rangers to Scotiabank Arena.

Girls just wanna have fun!

High Park is hosting a family-friendly Halloween event that’s too adorable to miss.
The festivities start with a hike and loop back around to a campfire where all are welcome to make Halloween art!
The event will provide roasting sticks, hot chocolate and marshmallows for everyone and guests are also welcome to bring any additional items to roast.
When: Sunday, October 20th from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
