Spooky season may be coming to a close, but there are still lots of ghostly events to check out before the month is over. Here are all the best things to do in and around Seattle this weekend. We hope you have a ghoulish time!
The beloved annual Halloween party is back! Show off your best moves with two DJ Stages with separate electronic and hip-hop dance areas, lasers, fire dancers and performers, and multiple bars with food and drinks for purchase.

This Halloween circus show and dance party is pretty much guaranteed to thrill you! Step behind the curtains and experience a dark carnival that will challenge your grasp of reality. The Friday event will be the show only, while the Saturday event features a live show and after-party.

BOO Seattle at the WAMU Theater is a Halloween-themed two-day dance party featuring headliners like Amp, Automhate, Cedric Gervais, Chris Lorenzo, Automhate, AHEE, Biscits, and so many more!

Celebrate Halloween on one of Seattle’s most famous rooftops! Costumes are encouraged for the haunted-hotel-themed event, featuring top DJs, drinks, and party favors. General and VIP tickets are available.

Kick it like the good ol’ days at this 80s-themed Halloween dance party. The event features Nite Wave, the 80s New Wave tribute, performing New Wave hits from Duran Duran, INXS, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, The Cure, New Order, Prince, Depeche Mode, and more!

This one is for the gothic-lit fans! Poe Unexpected: Edgar Allan Poe Improvised will be a fun and spooky night of improv comedy based on the works of Edgar Allan Poe.

This recurring event has to be a local favorite. Browse thousands of collectible books, prints, maps, autographs, photographs, posters, postcards, ephemera, manuscripts, broadsides, and unique finds for sale.

A haunted chocolate factory? Yes, please! This family-friendly experience has you solve puzzles in a dark factory to earn chocolate treats. Recommended for ages 8+.

Head to the Museum of Flight for an extra-special Halloween-themed experience. You’ll find Halloween-themed games and activities across the galleries that are sure to spark imagination and get in the Halloween spirit. The exhibit is free with membership and included with general museum admission.

Celebrate Halloween with a scary Halloween run in your own neighborhood (virtual option), or at Seward Park in Seattle. Event registration includes swag and day-of events like a costume contest, hot apple cider, candy corn tasting bar, free kids dash, pre-race treasure hunt, photo booth, and more. Register online for the 10K, 5K, or 2-mile walk with money benefitting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

This is the 18th year of the Capital Hill Ghost Tour, a fun and relaxed guided walking historical tour of the Pike, Pine, and Broadway areas. Explore Seattle’s most historically haunted locations and see if you spot any famous ghosts as you listen to local scary stories – like Seattle’s first serial killer!

This Is Halloween is an original adaptation parody of the misadventures of Jack Skellington, made into a dark fantasy burlesque musical! There are 21+ as well as modified all-ages performances to choose from.

It’s not October without a bunch of spooky attractions! Get your tickets to Tacoma’s Ultimate Haunted House. Explore a dark and frightful underground lair and try not to scream! This haunted house is extremely detailed and story-driven, so be sure to reserve your tickets in advance if you want to go!

Step foot into an interactive ghost story that’ll send chills up your spine! Explore the historic Georgetown Steam Plant on a guided tour rife with mystery. Learn about six intrepid explorers that met at the steam plant in 1921, and were never seen again. This tour is narrative-driven and so immersive it blurs the boundary between fact and fiction. Don’t worry, there’s a themed bar at the end if you need something to settle your nerves!
