Held in support of the Canadian Cancer Society, Sunset Grill’s annual Pancake Tuesday event tastes great and makes a difference in the lives of those who have and will be affected by a devastating diagnosis. $1 flapjacks and do-goodery? What could be better?

SIP COCOA AT YYC HOT CHOCOLATE FEST

We’re getting down to the wire, Calgary! The annual YYC Hot Chocolate Festival has kicked off with a ton of restaurants and cafes around the city participating. You can hit one or hit a couple, you’ve got until the 28th.

ENJOY GLENBOW MUSEUM’S TEMPORARY GALLERY

If,  of course, you’d like to hang out indoors, you could also check out Howie Tsui: Retainers of Anarchy at the Edison. Featuring a 25-metre hand-drawn animation strip, this exciting exhibit brings together martial arts characters and techniques with the social and political realities of present-day Hong Kong.
