The beautiful community of Currie is leaning into the magic of winter with its event, Light The Night, An Illuminated Walk on now until February 12.
Visitors to this free outdoor display will enjoy 7 grand light-based art installations throughout Alexandria Park and experience unique storytelling and light-based artwork from local Alberta artists.

Meant to “tell the diverse stories of the Chinese community in early Western Canadian history,” Heritage Park’s newest exhibit will open to the public on January 14th in conjunction with its Lunar New Year’s celebration. On Saturday, January 14th Calgarians are welcome to visit the park where traditional dancers and local musicians will be performing live in addition to wandering the meaningful display.
