If you’ve lived in Seattle for a while you’ve definitely seen some changes in the skyline. And that’s because downtown has been rapidly expanding. So with that in mind, ODA Architecture has released images of its new approach to tower building in Seattle.
And this idea has a lot of components. Firstly, it’s a mixed-use building. So that means, you can expect retail, office, co-working, and residential space. And because it’s a high rise, you can expect over 1,000 residential units to be exact. Oh and a whole park in the middle of the building.

So clearly the future is happening now because we didn’t know if we’d ever see buildings like this in our lifetime. Because honestly, it’s pretty hard to imagine a building with an outdoor park hundreds of feet in the air. But ODA wants to do that. And that’s because they want high rise dwellers to have access to the outdoors.
