Tanks, tours & thrilling adventures: The line-up of exciting summer events at this Calgary museum

There’s a reason why museums continue to be a top attraction for tourists and locals and hold a special place in our hearts. It’s not because they help you uncover the rich history of a place. But because they do so in a fun, immersive way with their fascinating models, artifacts, exhibits and more. And The Military Museums of Calgary has mastered this art like no other.

As the second largest military museum in Canada, The Military Museums is a treasure trove of captivating exhibits and objects. Within its mind-boggling 150,000 sq. ft display area, the museum houses eight separate museums, each showcasing a distinct facet of military, navy, and air force history. That is precisely why every visit here promises a brand-new adventure. And also why we never tire of revisiting the place.

But hold on tight, because this summer, they are upping the ante and giving us more reasons to revisit with a lineup of exciting summer events. Take a look–
