Clapping along because you “feel like a room without a roof” sounds all sorts of wrong to us. Rooms need roofs almost as much as we needed this almost bizarre news. Get happy because Pharrell Williams is building a condo complex with 750 units, right here in Toronto.

Here’s a first look at the design.

The condo, which will be on the corner of Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue, will be inspired by his song “Gust of Wind”, and designed with “calming energy.” Yes, please gust that wind at our high-rise.

You know when someone mentions a waterfall or you hear running tap water, and your bladder immediately responds? Before you drop your money like it’s hot, you should know that these condos will be heavy-handed on the water features.

H20 will actually trickle down the interior walls of the building, connect both buildings, and surround the courtyard. In order to instill an absolute sense of tranquillity in the development, he’ll be taking his inspiration pretty seriously.

The complex will include an insane 34,000 square foot amenities space, which includes an indoor/outdoor pool area, a body spa, gym, basketball court, a public BBQ and pizza oven, and rooftop seating. Honestly, it almost sounds like a 5 star hotel, and we’re all about it.

Resident occupation for ‘Untitled,’ which is what Willams named the complex, will begin in the spring of 2023, so it’ll be a bit of a wait. We’re pretty sure it will totally be worth it though, despite the weird-ish part of town. How many people can say Pharrell picked their tile?
