Edmonton’s Rogers Place is opening up to the public for spring break skating

You can skate on the same ice as the Edmonton Oilers this spring break!

Rogers Place is opening up its rink to the public during spring break. For one hour, you can skate where the pros have been skating all along. Not only that, but you’ll get a chance to explore many parts of Rogers Place, have photo opportunities, and so much more.

If you’re an Oilers fan or just looking to get a good skate in this spring, you won’t want to miss out on this.

What to expect

There will be two time slots available, each for an hour of skating in Rogers Place. Unfortunately, the 3 to 4 p.m. time slot is already sold out. This means the only availability left is from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

For adults, tickets cost $30, and youth (12 and under) will pay $20. For guardians of children not looking to skate, access is free for the hour.

Keep in mind, there will be no equipment to rent at Rogers Place. This means you’ll have to bring your own skates, helmets, and other supplies you might need (note that sticks, balls, pucks, and chairs are not permitted on the ice).

This ticket price includes many opportunities for this one-hour time slot. You’ll have a family photo opportunity at the Oilers locker room door, entry to the Oilers Hall of Fame room, where you can explore the legendary history, as well as a meet and greet with mascots Hunter the Lynx and Louie the Lion. All this on top of one hour on the iconic Rogers Place ice is just a deal you can’t miss out on.

Don’t hesitate to get your tickets soon, as a limited amount is left. If you’re ready to make the most of your spring break this year, head on over to Rogers Place. You won’t regret it.
