Seattle’s Sub Pop Records just opened a new flagship store in the city

Well, folks, the iconic Sub Pop Records has opened a new store! This time you don’t have to go through airport security to access it and it’s pretty close to home. Because the new store is actually located at the base of one of Amazon’s headquarter towers. We have to say that’s a little ironic.

The new Sub Pop Records shop is opening at a time when obviously many other retailers are closing. So while their timing is a bit surprising it’s definitely exciting and also hopeful for other retailers. However, considering that Amazon employees are still working from home, the area will probably be pretty dead.

But with that in mind, you now have a one-stop-shop to get all of the Sub Pop merch and records you could ever want. So you can expect a store full of clothing, trinkets as well as vinyl LP copies of records that are currently in print. So whether you happen to be a music fan yourself or need a gift, this is your one-stop-shop.
