Movies at MoPOP

MoPOP is doing a unique movie series where you can watch a selected movie from home and enjoy a pre and post-film discussion with MoPOP staff and special guests. And this month you can watch Attack the Block and Pan’s Labyrinth. All you have to do is have a copy of the movie queued up and register for the movie you want to watch!

This event is going online this year and that means you can celebrate falls bountiful harvest from home! And you’ll learn about and experience fall traditions from many cultures of the Rainier Beach community.

If you’re a book lover you don’t want to miss this talk with author Tommy Orange on his book “There There”. And you’ll also get to hear from Dr. Christina Roberts, the Director of Indigenous Peoples Institute at Seattle University. But be sure to register ahead of time.
