Can you feel spring calling? Don’t kid yourself it’s still winter but hey the birds are starting to sing in the morning. And it’s kind of feeling like it might be time to go outside. We think you should get out of the house and these events will make sure you have the best weekend. Here are 8 things to do in Seattle this weekend. Who knows, this going outside thing could become normal, what a concept.

Mimosa Club

Think brunch but with a couple more mimosas than usual, a great DJ, and a dance floor. Absolutely sign us up, we can’t imagine a better way to start our Saturday. Good vibes and some special flavors Mimosas (Yerbamosas) are guaranteed.

Winter Plant Swap

Are you ready to adopt some new plant children? Look no further than this super fun plant swap at the Volunteer Park Conservatory. Bring any plants you aren’t vibing with or cuttings and trade with fellow plant lovers. The event is free but make sure to leave a little donation to keep this wonderful Conservatory going.

The Fresh Prince of Capitol Hill – A 90’s Hip Hop Dance Party!

It’s exactly what it sounds like. Dance the night away to your favorite 90’s hip hop tracks and enjoy some Capitol Hill nightlife.

Brewing Coffee at Home – Counter Culture Seattle

Sure Seattle is famous for coffee but you can be even more famous for your homemade coffee after you take this class. Counter Culture Coffee is known for being the kings of coffee/barista education so you might as well learn something.

Mall with MoM

This is a new market for ya’ll to check out. Support a local small business market at the new Museum of Museums space on Capitol Hill. It will be happening every first Saturday and you can expect vintage, art, DJs, tattoos and a lot more!

The Market Experience

It’s never too late to be a tourist in your own city. The Market Experience is an excellent and free way to learn about this history of Pike Place Market. You can expect samples, vendor interaction, and history. You might even learn a few secrets about the market!

Don’t have any Sunday plans? You might as well spend your Sunday at the Henry checking out their current exhibition because art is well, relaxing (usually).
