Happy Sunday! We hope you’re ready for our list of things to do in Seattle this week. If not, then you probably enjoyed too much candy last week, but hey, that’s what Halloween is all about. Now’s the time to settle into fall though, and we’re right there with you.

Here are 8 things to do in Seattle this week. It’s a little concert-heavy, but we think it’s important you know about them

FKA twigs

It’s hard to package FKA twigs, but we think that speaks to her musical genius more than anything. With her new album coming out a week later, you can expect to hear tons of new music at this concert that has been selling out all over the world.

When: Monday, November 4
Where: Moore Theater
Tickets: $44

Mt. Joy

With only one full-length album under their belt, it’s clear that Mt. Joy is only getting started. Their most recent single, Rearrange Us, is a nice blend of soul influence and indie execution.

When: Tuesday, November 5
Where: The Showbox
Tickets: $25

Tom Morello

The former Rage Against the Machine guitarist released his fourth album in October last year. What’s surprising though are the features- everyone from Big Boi to Bassnectar decided to hop in. Plus, you get to see one of the best guitarists of all time in his element.

When: Wednesday, November 6
Where: Neptune Theater
Tickets: $28.50

Seattle Restaurant Week

Over 165 different Seattle restaurants will be hopping into this massive event. Enjoy a 3-course meal for only $35, no matter where you go. Participating restaurants include Central Smoke, Osteria La Spiga, and Yoroshiku.

When: Ends Thursday, November 7
Where: 165 restaurants around Seattle
Cost: $35

Yung Bae

His name is a little cringeworthy these days, but his music definitely isn’t. We’re talking a mixture of disco and funk, packaged with an EDM sensibility that can only come from ‘life online’. Looking to dance this month? This is a great bet.

When: Thursday, November 7
Where: The Crocodile
Tickets: $17

Pray 4 Snow Party

Why bother with fall when you can jump straight into winter? Hosted by REI, this party will feature a retro skiwear contest, live music, and of course libations. Gear up for ski season with all the other diehards.

When: Thursday, November 7
Where: 154 N 35th Street
Tickets: $20

Maxo Kream

A Texan with a colorful past, Maxo Kream has solidified himself as a rapper’s rapper. He’s worked with the likes of Schoolboy Q and Lil Uzi Vert, but most of our friends haven’t heard of him. Don’t be like our friends.

When: Friday, November 8
Where: Chop Suey
Tickets: $20

America’s Test Kitchen: 20th Anniversary

America’s Test Kitchen has been a staple in the food world for two decades now. Celebrate with the hosts and cast at this event featuring some of Seattle’s best chefs and bartenders.

When: Friday, November 8
Where: Block 41
Tickets: $125

And that’s it! Our favorite things to do in Seattle this week. We’re definitely going to FKA twigs and maybe Maxo Kream, what are your plans?
