While we like to keep things positive when it comes to the home of the week, we do not like that they are encouraging people to build on the lot. Because as we said Seattle is dissipating and adding two box-style homes to the lot is not the move. Not to mention this home has a great backyard and a decent chunk of land so why not instead grow a garden?
After all, there is more to life than building homes and becoming a landlord. Especially in this city. Anyway, this home is pretty big with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and over 2,800 square feet. Plus it’s located in the heart of Seattle in lower Queen Anne. You really can’t go wrong with that.
